Individual Therapy

One-on-one support to help you navigate challenges, build self-awareness, and create lasting change.

What Is Therapy?

Individual therapy is a space for deep inner work. A place to build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, process emotions, and better understand how past experiences shape your present. Together, we explore thought patterns, core beliefs, and the root causes of current challenges while building coping tools for emotional regulation and meaningful change.

My approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from several modalities depending on your needs and goals.

Who is it for?

Individual therapy is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, stuck, or simply wants a supportive space to better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges.

What will we work on?

Together, we’ll work on understanding your thoughts and emotions, developing healthier coping strategies, and creating meaningful changes that support your well-being.

What are sessions like?

Sessions are confidential, supportive conversations where we explore what’s going on in your life and work collaboratively toward greater clarity, healing, and growth. They take place via a secure virtual platform.

Modalities

My approach is client-centered, meaning I meet you where you are. I draw from a range of modalities based on what comes up for you and what feels most supportive and impactful in our work together.

  • We incorporate the body into the healing process, recognizing that emotions and experiences are held not just in the mind but in the nervous system. By gently shifting from thinking about feelings to experiencing them in the body, we build the capacity to move through emotions rather than suppress them. We also work with nervous system regulation, understanding patterns of activation and using grounding tools to create greater steadiness and flexibility.

  • Together, we examine thought patterns and cognitive distortions, exploring how core beliefs were formed and how they may be influencing your current experience. This work helps create more balanced, compassionate, and realistic ways of thinking.

  • Parts work invites us to explore the different “parts” within you. The ones that protect, criticize, avoid, or long for connection. By turning toward these parts with curiosity rather than judgment, we build internal harmony and self-leadership.

  • We explore the stories you carry about yourself and the world, including those shaped by family, culture, and society. Together, we examine which narratives feel true, which feel limiting, and what other possibilities may exist.

  • This lens helps uncover how early relationships and formative experiences continue to influence current patterns, attachments, and emotional responses. By bringing unconscious dynamics into awareness, we create space for choice, healing, and new ways of relating.
